Melinda Bond

Catering Director

Melinda Bond is the Director of Catering for Jim’s Smokin’ Que in Blairsville, Georgia, where she leads the planning and coordination of catering services for weddings, corporate gatherings, community events, and private celebrations throughout the North Georgia mountains.

With a background in hospitality leadership and a passion for bringing people together, Melinda focuses on creating seamless, welcoming experiences that reflect the heart of Jim’s Smokin’ Que—great food, genuine service, and a strong connection to the local community. She works closely with clients, venues, and local businesses to help turn ideas into memorable events while continuing to grow Jim’s catering presence across the region.

Since relocating to North Georgia, Melinda has embraced the small-town spirit of Blairsville and enjoys building relationships throughout the community she now calls home. When she’s not planning events or connecting with clients, she enjoys exploring the mountains, supporting local businesses, and spending time with her son, Liam.
